On April 10 and 11, 2017, Unlimited Service, Inc. leadership team began their journey with strategic planning in Rochester, MN, to reaffirm and strengthen the organization’s vision and strategy. During the retreat, the team affirmed the Mission, articulated a Vision for the organization’s future, outlined a strategic roadmap for the remainder of 2017, and created a Values statement.

Strategic Plan continues…
The Unlimited Services leadership team continues to meet to discuss the progress of the existing strategies being used to reach objectives. Depending on the need at the time strategic meetings are held at least monthly with a small strategic planning committee consisting of Amy Vonderhaar, Johnna Sweers, Joy Allyn, and Heather Hansel. Large strategic planning meetings are also held with all the management and the assistants. The team continues to evaluate the journey so far and discuss what is working adjust strategies, gain insight and guidance, and strategically put action steps in place as knowledge, recommendations, and guidelines change. This is to assure our focus remains to best support the people we serve with achieving their hopes, dreams, and desires.
