Services are furnished consistent with the member\u2019s person-centered plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day habilitation services focus on enabling the member to attain or maintain the member\u2019s maximum potential and shall be coordinated with any needed therapies in the member\u2019s person-centered services and supports plan such as physical, occupational, or speech therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day habilitation may be furnished in any of a variety of settings in the community other than the member\u2019s private residence.
